My Story

In 2021, I became a mother to twins in the midst of pandemic isolation. After years of studying mindfulness and yoga, I suddenly found myself relying on those practices in the most immediate and human way: through exhaustion, uncertainty, love, and overwhelm.

That experience transformed not only my personal understanding of mindfulness, but also the direction of my work. Today, I support parents in finding gentle and realistic ways to care for themselves while caring for their children.

Time with your child can also be time for yourself.

My guiding principle

I offer several ways to support you, including 1-on-1 coaching, house visits, baby and me yoga and a biweekly postpartum support group. Find all my offerings and prices here.
